Join chef and baker Sarah Owens and Australian salad-maker Hetty McKinnon for a very special family-style brunch in the Rockaways, featuring Sarah’s signature naturally leavened bread, topped with Hetty’s hearty vegetables. These will be salad sandwiches, as you’ve never tasted before. The dishes are inspired by Hetty’s new salad cookbook Neighborhood and Sarah’s upcoming book Toast and Jam. Ticket price includes a specially curated beverage by Brooklyn sommelier Summit Street.
